UF Health North Phase III
- A new 180,000 square-foot, six-story, bed tower that will house support services on the first floor and 120 patient bedrooms on the upper five floors.
- All floors will connect to the currently occupied Phase II bed tower.
- The project scope also includes approximately 30,000 square feet of renovations within the existing Phase I and Phase II buildings that support the program elements of the Phase III building.
- Central Energy Plant expansion to support the new construction
- The project is a Joint Venture with Danis.
