  • A 1.7 million-square-foot, 47-story office building constructed with an architectural precast, granite, and aluminum skin.
  • The project included a 550,000-square-foot, 11-story parking deck to accommodate up to 1,500 vehicles.
  • The lower 14 floors were constructed using poured-in-place concrete and the upper 33 floors were constructed using structural steel.
  • The scope of work included a 25,000-square-foot plaza area designed for exhibitions and outdoor dining.
  • During preconstruction the cost of the project was reduced by more than $5 million, resulting in substantial savings to the owner.
