St. Vincent’s Medical Center Riverside Campus Mayo Clinic Cancer Center

• A 12,817-square-foot renovation of existing office space into a cancer treatment/infusion center on the fourth floor of an active hospital campus.
• The cancer center includes 14 private infusion rooms, six exam rooms, and support spaces. All finishes were constructed and installed to Mayo standards.
• This collaborative project is located within St. Vincent’s Riverside and operated by Mayo Clinic.
• With an aggressive timeline, the cancer center was completed in 4.5 months.
• Recipient of the 2017 Excellence in Construction Eagle Award (Renovation - Less than $4 Million category) presented by Florida First Coast Chapter, Associated Builders and Contractors.
