SkyHouse Apartments

This multiple-location program included 17 high-rise apartment towers across the U.S.
The towers range in size, but most are 23 stories with 320 units, encompassing approximately 340,000 square feet, including 6,000 square feet of street-level retail space, rooftop pools, a residents' gym, and other public spaces.
Each tower includes either a freestanding or attached multi-level parking deck.
The towers were constructed with extremely aggressive schedules utilizing LEAN Construction techniques.
Recipient of the Construction Management Association of America 2013 Best New Construction ($30-50 Million) award.
Recipient of the Associated General Contractors, Build Georgia 2013 First Place award.
Recipient of the Engineering News Record Southeast 2013 Best Project Residential/Hospitality award.
