• This four-story, 264,081-square-foot luxury beach club features multiple amenities including a cinema, saunas and hot tubs, game rooms, dining rooms, snack bars, children's and adults' activity centers, gift shop, and coffee shop.
• The main structure was constructed using cast stone and stucco; interior finishes include limestone flooring and tongue-and-groove wood-beamed ceilings.
• Twenty luxury condominium suites and a 253-space, two-level parking deck are also included in the project.
• The Beach Club also houses meeting rooms, a banquet hall, a 10-foot by 22-foot aquarium in the main lobby, locker rooms for kids and teens, and teen game room.
