• A 200-bed, 164,000-square-foot skilled nursing facility built to replace an existing operation.
• The facility houses 32 rehabilitation beds and 168 general skilled nursing beds. 
• This facility features a ‘neighborhood concept’ with major service areas including Rehabilitation, Memory Care, and Intensive Care.  Each ‘neighborhood’ will feature its own dining operation and patient living area with stone fireplace.
• This facility was designed and constructed to create a patient-focused ‘culture change’ where comfort and quality of life are of utmost importance.
