North and Line

• North & Line is a mixed-use, multi-family apartment project located in the Old Fourth Ward District of Atlanta with direct access to the Atlanta Beltline.  
• The five-story, wood-frame apartment building is situated on top of a three-level, poured-in-place concrete parking structure. 
• The 269,000-square-foot apartment building has 228 residential units, and the 240,000-square-foot parking deck has 467 spaces. 
• Elevated amenities include a club room, fitness center, swimming pool, and luxury amenity deck which overlooks the beltline.  
• The project also features street-level retail space and a 5,000-square-foot restaurant.
