This project included the complete interior demolition and renovation of the 11,000-square-foot, 800-seat sanctuary including the removal of an existing balcony and replacement with a new 2,000-square-foot balcony.
The project scope also included a 6,000-square-foot addition to the existing sanctuary, construction of a new pulpit, and new lobby, rest rooms, and mechanical spaces.
Batson-Cook was able to suggest cost savings of over $75,000 without compromising quality or aesthetic design.
