• Two freestanding, two-story, 85,000-square-foot skilled nursing facilities designed to evoke a resort-like atmosphere.
• The facilities house 120 residents in private rooms. The first-floor houses short-term residents during rehabilitation, while the second-floor houses long-term residents.
• Therapy-related amenities include a 4,000-square-foot gym for physical and occupational therapy, a walk-in hydrotherapy pool, an occupational therapy suite, and services such as intravenous therapy, pain management, and speech therapy.
• The facility offers a bistro-style café, great room, cybercafé, independent dining areas, a dependent dining room, commercial kitchen, hair salons, nurse and nourishment stations in each residence wing, a chapel, activity/multi-purpose rooms, outdoor courtyard and balcony, and administrative offices and support spaces.
• Recipient of the 2018 Excellence in Construction Eagle Award for Healthcare, $10-25 Million, presented by Associated Builders and Contractors, Florida First Coast Chapter.
