Atlanta, GA (November 25, 2019) –– Batson-Cook Construction, one of the Southeast’s leading healthcare construction companies, has broken ground on the new Winship at Midtown facility at Emory University Hospital Midtown, a state-of-the-art hospital bringing innovative comprehensive cancer care to the region.
Located in Midtown Atlanta, this 450,000 square-foot, 17-story, iconic building dedicated to personalized cancer care, will include private inpatient rooms, family suites, clinic exam rooms, research space and multidisciplinary collaboration spaces. The building will also have operating rooms, rehabilitation space, radiation oncology and imaging, and associated ancillary support space.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2023.
