Steve McTighe

Steve McTighe has held various positions in both project management and preconstruction over his 30+ year career. While he understands that the rubber meets the road in the construction phase, he’s always put tremendous emphasis on exceeding client expectations and on setting projects up for success in the preconstruction phase. Steve’s passion for this phase led to his return to preconstruction services in 2022. As the Atlanta office’s Vice President of Preconstruction, Steve is responsible for delivering exceptional preconstruction services in the markets we serve. He’s also responsible for the seamless transition of each project into construction. Steve's extensive experience in both preconstruction and construction operations makes him exceptionally qualified for this position.

Steve joined the company in 2014 as a Project Executive. He was promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction in 2022.

Robert Trice joined Batson-Cook in 1996 as a project engineer in our special projects group, an effort focused on tenant build-outs, renovations, small additions, churches, and miscellaneous projects. Since then, he’s built senior living facilities, multi-family, religious related projects, office, specialty, municipal, master planned communities, and design-build projects. In 2023, Robert was promoted to the vice president and business unit leader role and will oversee the company’s wood frame/senior-living projects.
