We value our relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, and are continuously seeking ways to assist you in participating on our projects. Batson-Cook Company maintains a subcontractor / vendor list that is continuously reviewed and updated. Please be aware that even if you have worked with Batson-Cook Company previously you must provide the requested information.

In order to be considered for subcontract award on a specific Batson-Cook project, please complete the Subcontractor Qualification Questionnaire found in the Qualification Procedures and Instructions section below.


Qualification Procedures and Instructions

In order that we may better understand your company, please provide us with specific information by completing and submitting the online Batson-Cook Qualification Questionnaire.  Subcontractors must submit required references and a letter from your Surety stating your bonding capacity along with your company's most recent audited financial statement.

Please note that the Questionnaire must be completed in its entirety before submitting and that you can save an incomplete copy of the Questionnaire to complete at your convenience.  We suggest you save a copy for your records.

You will be notified via email if there are any questions concerning your Questionnaire or if additional information is required.

Once you have submitted your Questionnaire, you may check the status of upcoming bid packages, approved bidders, and awarded scopes by visiting the Bid Packages links below. The information posted is updated frequently and is subject to change without notice.

Completion of this form does not guarantee issuance of a subcontract agreement to your company.
