This multi-purpose convention center expansion project is comprised
of 115,000 total square feet and includes an additional exhibition
hall, a junior ballroom, 25,000 square feet of meeting space, a
supporting pre-function area, a banquet kitchen, and a private executive
lounge.
Batson-Cook completed all interior, high quality finishes which
consisted of fabric-wrapped acoustical panels, glass overlook walls,
tube steel, terrazzo floor patterns, and wood chair rails. The expansion
ties in to an existing building and included the replacement of
all major utilities before the addition could be constructed.
