Edgewood Retail District
Atlanta, GA
$11,965,000
This is a revitalization of an underutilized 50-acre urban site in Atlanta. The oldest building, The Shoe Factory, was retained to begin a new life as loft apartments; all other structures were demolished under separate contracts.
Batson-Cook’s role in this mixed-use lifestyle center included construction of 4 types of retaining walls, decorative concrete paving, site lighting, detention tank, and two parking decks. Batson-Cook also built a new Target Store on this site under separate contract. |
