The project's scope of work featured the new construction of an
eight-story, 133-unit condominium building with 13,400 square feet
of retail space and a 192-space parking deck. This 210,000-square-foot
concrete structure features a brick and EIFS exterior and was designed
to meet the lodging needs of the University of Georgia's sporting
event attendees. Batson-Cook's contract also included the complete
build-out of these luxury condominium units.
