King Street Parking Deck

This project represents a seven-story, 766-space precast parking
structure with a structural steel, enclosed elevated walkway connector
and a free standing precast utility building. The deck represents
the most recent parking addition to the St. Vincent's Medical Center
campus.
The American Concrete Institute, Florida First Coast Chapter, presented Batson-Cook with their SIGNIFICANT CONCRETE STRUCTURE AWARD for this project.
