Following extensive sitework on this 65-acre
site, the Phase I building is a two-story,
95,000-square- foot steel framed structure
with a mix of curtain wall and precast exterior
walls. The roof system is a single-ply
fully adhered product. The interior consists
of an open area for cubical work areas,
including two training rooms, conference
rooms and a multi-purpose room which
accomodates up to 500 people.
Phase II will serve as headquarters for the
insurer’s information technology department.
This three-story, 162,000-square-foot
office facility will consist of 833 office cubicles
as well as conference rooms and
gathering areas. Two entrances, situated at
both the north and south sides of the building,
will be flush with high end finishes and
upscale materials. The facility will be using
a curtainwall glass system, as in building one
of the Paul S. Amos campus. In addition,
adjacent surface parking will accommodate
approximately 1,500 automobiles.
