This 47-story, Bank of America headquarters office building is located in the downtown Charlotte banking district. Batson-Cook has led a preconstruction effort which has reduced the cost of the project by more than five million dollars, resulting in substantial savings to the owner.

The architectural precast, granite and aluminum skin encloses 1,100,000-square-feet of lease space. The 550,000 square foot, 11-story parking deck was constructed to accommodate 1,500 cars. The structure is a composite, with the lower 14 floors constructed of poured-in-place concrete and the upper 33 office floors constructed of structural steel. Also included is a 25,000-square-foot area designed for exhibitions and outdoor dining.
