Riverside by Post is a nine-story, 247,000-square-foot facility, and serves as Post Properties, Inc.'s corporate headquarters. Batson-Cook's preconstruction division led the project team through an extensive process of value engineering, budgeting, and scheduling which netted more than $1,000,000 in savings and ensured the owner's occupancy on the original date specified. The project also included an 800-space parking garage.
