Building One is a four-level, 132,000-square-foot office facility with a two-level atrium entry. The brick and blue glass exterior is accented with a beige colored cast stone. The development's focus is the existing large picturesque oak trees, therefore a three-level curtain wall stands to allow for views of the natural tree preserve.

This building is the first of eight planned buildings in the suburban park. As a result, Batson-Cook also has completed the infrastructure and roadway system of the park, including widening the adjacent country road.
