This 109,000-square-foot, four-story building was the first phase of an Albany Downtown Redevelopment Project. This design-build contract included preconstruction services, which were a major factor in this project due to budget constraints. The scope of work included system furniture procurement and tenant construction. Solicitation and mentoring of potential qualified M/WBE firms and use of the local workforce were primary considerations for this project's success.
