This project is a seven-story, 220,000-square-foot Class A office building located in Tampa’s Westshore Business District. The exterior is a mix of sandblasted and exposed spruce and green aggregate architectural pre-cast and blue-tinted insulated glazing. The two-level lobby finishes include granite floors and wainscot with Makor paneling. The project also includes a chilled- water HVAC system.
