Three First Union Center, a 31-story, 914,000-square-foot office tower, is located in the central business banking district of Charlotte. Batson-Cook performed a 23-story build-out on the structure and completed a seven-level, 925-space parking deck, five levels of which were underground.

This project is considered a fast-track project because Batson-Cook built the Tower as it was being designed. All the structural concrete work was self-performed, which allowed the very critical occupancy date to be met.
