TRACON - Terminal Radar Approach Control Center

TRACON is a 78,000-square-foot, one-story building consisting of
a concrete and structural steel frame with brick veneer, precast,
curtainwall, and aluminum panels. The interior includes an environmental
area (boiler, chiller and HVAC rooms), electrical area (main electrical,
UPS & battery, and emergency generator rooms), electronic equipment
room, operations room (control center), dining and locker rooms,
and an administrative area.
There are approximately 32,000 square feet of access flooring in
the operations and electronic rooms with six computer room air conditioning
units. Batson-Cook installed $5 million of owner-furnished high-tech
equipment and machinery.
