Batson-Cook provided construction management services
for this new 124,000-square-foot government center, which houses
the county’s administrative and judicial functions. The adjacent
courthouse was renovated and now incorporates a Juvenile Court and administrative space for support staff.
The exterior of the structure was designed to match the buildings in the surrounding downtown area and includes a masonry, cast stone, and curtain-wall exterior. A 334-space, three-level parking deck was also included within the scope of work.
