Mobil Chemical Films Manufacturing Facility

This 360,000-square-foot polypropylene
film facility included two production lines.
All production equipment services were
provided through an extensive foundation
system including trenches, pits, equipment
base plates, etc.
Super-flat slabs were required for the stability
of the automatic retrieving system.
The facility included research and development
laboratory of 35,000 square feet
and areas with extensive raised computer
flooring, soundproofing, and clean room
systems.
Batson-Cook successfully completed this
fast-track project only 12 months from the
start date. This Mobil Chemical facility
serves the food industry through the manufacturing
of protective packaging films. |
