Batson-Cook served as general contractor for this conference center, which is set on the campus of Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA. This executive level facility encompasses 54,000 square feet of space, including 22,000 square feet of meeting space - virtually all of which afford a view of the natural beauty surrounding the center.
Batson-Cook worked closely with the owner and architect in creating a “green” building. The Southern Pine has been awarded LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
