Batson-Cook served as the general contractor for this 205,573-square-foot,
318-room full-service hotel located just north of Atlanta. The project
serves as a prototype for Marriott's Innovative Series 2000 design
scheme. The facility, which is located on 8.5 acres in Alpharetta,
GA, includes a restaurant, kitchen, ballroom, meeting room, boardroom,
and indoor and outdoor pools. This eight-story concrete frame structure
also has a six-story wing incorporated into the front of the building.
