John Knox Village Skilled Nursing Facility

Batson-Cook was selected as construction manager for this 150-bed
skilled nursing facility. The facility will be adjacent to John
Knox Village's existing retirement community. An existing 120-bed nursing home will be converted
to an assisted living facility during the next phase of construction.
This new upscale nursing facility includes 114 private rooms, 18
semi-private rooms, a speech therapy center, a rehabilitation area,
and Alzheimer's wing. Additional features include ten satellite
nurses stations and a computer food service and dining area.
