East Wing Expansion: $42,819,000
ER Addition and Renovation -
This project included the renovation of
approximately 10,500 square feet of the
existing Emergency Department and the
addition of an 18,000-square-foot
Observation Unit. Improvements and
upgrades to the central energy plant were
also included in this project’s scope of
work.

East Wing Expansion -
This expansion consisted of a new three-floor,
175,000-square-foot patient tower
that included a floor for labor and delivery
rooms, a floor for intensive care units
as well as one for medical and surgical
beds. The scope of work also featured a
two-level, 250-space underground parking
garage and an addition to the facility’s
central energy plant.
