Location: Marietta, Georgia
This design-build project is a two-story, 43,042-square-foot institutional hospital facility for the treatment of persons incapable of self-preservation.
The first floor encompasses a 24-bed stabilization unit with four transitional beds; a six-bed, 23-hour observation-level status program; and a 24/7 clinically-staffed walk-in center.
The first floor also houses the three in-unit behavioral care areas along with off-unit administrative offices. High-level security and safety features, including anti-ligature materials, are in place.
The fully-sprinklered building has a full brick, cast stone and metal panel exterior.
