LaGrange College Campus Redevelopment

Batson-Cook's design-build of the first phase of the contract consisted
of extensive renovations to expand the college. Construction began
with renovations to Callaway and Manget Halls, relocating the bookstore
and student center, as well as administrative offices in Smith Hall.
The final component was a 10,000-square-foot maintenance facility,
improvements to a parking lot and a fire line feed for the campus.
