Originally built in 1925 and previously know as McKay Auditorium,
this building serves as the new College of Business at the University
of Tampa campus. In 1990, the university closed the auditorium for
material renovation. Before that process could be completed, however,
a fire gutted the building in 1993, keeping it closed. The newly
renovated three-story facility boasts approximately 80,000 total
square feet, including a 30,000-square-foot newly constructed expansion
onto the existing structure.
