Screven County Elementary School Renovations

Batson-Cook Company completed renovations to Screven County Elementary School.
The fast-track project included 143,000 square feet of improvements worth $3.7 million.
The project was phased and scheduled to minimize disruption of classes.
In addition to a total roof replacement, the facility received all new interior
finishes and upgrades to the fire and HVAC system.
Pre-construction services were also performed including value engineering and life cycle analysis.
The project was completed in only six months, however, 75% of the work was performed during the
two-month summer break.
