Port Tampa Bay Container Terminal Facilities Expansion

• This 10-phased, three-year construction management project consisted of approximately 140 acres of container terminal improvements and expansion.
• New container berths, drainage improvements, paving, site lighting, and 875 linear feet of gantry crane rail extension and auxiliary crane power supply were included in construction.
• A new security access control and staging complex was also completed.
• Due to the continuous operation of the Port, clear, unimpeded access to and from container yards, berths, and gate facilities was required, as well as temporary access roads, temporary container storage areas, and the development of maintained traffic plans.
