March 1, 2010 - Atlanta, GA - Batson-Cook has recently posted the qualification package for Phase I of the Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas (MPSA) Savannah Machinery Works construction project to its website www.batson-cook.com. 

Subcontractors in divisions two through ten can access the Qualification Questionnaire and procurement schedule for the Pooler, Georgia facility on the homepage under the “Subcontractor” tab.
Descriptions of the work sought on the construction project can also be found in the “Current Bid Packages” section on the website.  Subcontractors wishing to submit the Qualification Questionnaire may do so by completing the form in its entirety and submitting online with required references and financial documentation.  The package can also be downloaded and submitted by mail to Batson-Cook Company, 300 Galleria Parkway, Suite 1600, Atlanta, GA 30339, Attention: MPSA.  Subcontractors can check the status of the construction project by reviewing upcoming bids, approved bidders and awarded scope of work on the webpage.

Phase I of the Mitsubishi Power Systems Savannah Machinery Works construction project will involve the design-build of 150,000 square feet of machinery manufacturing space as well as 30,000 square feet of office space.  The facility is scheduled to be operational one year from the project start.
