Conn Crabtree

Conn Crabtree built a personal construction portfolio exceeding $450 million before being named senior vice president and general manager of the Tampa Division in 2017. In this role, he carries ultimate responsibility for the strategic planning, business development, and construction operations of the office, and manages other tasks essential to the growth of the Tampa Division and the company.

Conn has been with Batson-Cook since his graduation from college in 1999. He began as a project engineer in the West Point Division and had risen to the project manager level when he was tapped to be the division’s preconstruction services manager, a position he held for seven years. He moved back into operations as a project executive in 2015 and transferred to the Tampa Division two years later as its senior vice president and general manager.
